 BLUEBERRY DUMP CAKE

 This Low Carb Blueberry Dump cake requires minimal effort and is packed with loads of nutritious ingredients!

Ingredients

– blueberries – lemon juice – almond flour – baking powder – coconut powder – cinnamon full list below

Place blueberries in a mixing bowl & toss with lemon juice & your preferred low carb sweetener.

PREP BLUEBERRIES

Spread the blueberry mixture evenly into a prepared baking dish.

ADD TO DISH

Add the flours, baking powder, cinnamon & salt to another bowl.

FLOUR MIXTURE

Stir all of the dry baking ingredients together to combine.

STIR WELL

Sprinkle the flour mixture over the blueberries in the baking dish.

SPRINKLE 

Drizzle melted butter over the flour mixture, then bake as directed & serve warm!

PREP TO BAKE

Bake for 30-35 mins or until the blueberry filling is bubbly and the top is brown!
