This quick keto gravy can be made with beef, chicken, turkey, veggie broths or meat drippings!

INGREDIENTS

– butter  – broth (veggies, chicken, turkey and beef work) – onion powder – garlic powder –  xanthan gum – salt and pepper

WHISK INGREDIENTS

Add all the ingredients to a small pot & whisk until the xanthan is absorbed.

BOIL

Bring your gravy to a boil & whisk for 1 min.

SERVE

Remove the gravy from the stove. Serve hot!
