CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

ALMOND FLOUR

Chewy around the edges & soft in the middle, these Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies are simple to make & quick to bake!

INGREDIENTS

– butter (or coconut oil) – brown sugar –  gluten-free vanilla extract –  almond flour –  flax seed meal  –  baking soda – salt  –  dark chocolate pieces, or chocolate chips

BUTTER & SWEETNER

In a bowl with an electric beater, beat together the coconut oil, or butter & your sweetener of choice.

ADD EGG & VANILLA

Add the egg & vanilla & continue to beat until smooth & creamy.

ADD DRY INGREDIENTS

Add in the almond flour, flax seed meal, salt & baking soda & beat until combined.

REFRIGERATE

Fold in the chopped dark chocolate or chips. Place in the refrigerator while you preheat your oven!

SCOOP & PLACE

Scoop cookie dough into balls & place them on a parchment lined baking sheet 2 inches apart.

BAKE

Bake for 12 mins. Remove from the oven & slide the parchment paper off the baking sheet onto a cool surface.
