KETO PIZZA

EASY & DELICIOUS

 Nothing better than a Keto Pizza topped with spicy pepperoni, Italian herbs & cheeses! Make your own pizza that's better than takeout.

INGREDIENTS

 mozzarella cheese  cream cheese  egg  almond flour  baking powder  Italian seasoning garlic powder onion powder *tap below for all ingredients

MICROWAVE CHEESES

Combine mozzarella cheese & cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl & microwave for 30 seconds.

COMBINE

Remove & mix with a fork until mostly combined. Microwave again & then mix again.

ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS

Add egg, almond flour, baking powder & seasonings to the melted mixture.

MIX WELL

Mix all the ingredients together until they combine & are cool to the touch.

KNEAD DOUGH

Knead the dough by hand, then place on a piece of parchment paper.

ROLL DOUGH

use a rolling pin to form into a round pizza crust. Carefully remove the parchment paper & transfer to a pizza stone.

BAKE

Bake as directed. Remove from oven & brush with olive oil!

SERVE

Add desired toppings. Bake as directed, until cheese is melted & bubbly. Serve warm!
