ALMOND FLOUR SCONES

EASY GLUTEN-FREE

It's easy to make these tender Almond Flour Scones packed with sweet chocolate chips. This recipe is gluten free, grain free, & easily made keto friendly too!

INGREDIENTS

 almond flour  granulated sugar  baking soda  salt  egg  heavy whipping cream   butter   vanilla extract  chocolate chips *all ingredients below

MIX DRY INGREDIENTS

Add the almond flour, sugar, baking soda & salt to a mixing bowl. Mix until combined.

COMBINE

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

MIX WELL

Mix until combined & your dough starts to form a ball.

ADD CHOCO CHIPS

Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

TRANSFER DOUGH

Transfer dough to parchment-lined baking sheet & shape it into a disc. Cut 8 wedges & separate them.

BAKE

Brush the tops of each scone with melted butter & sprinkle a little sweetener on top.  Bake for 25-30 mins.

SERVE

Let cool completely before serving. Drizzle with a glaze made from powdered sweetener & milk, if desired!
