Mix dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Whisk together eggs, sugar-free maple flavored syrup, vanilla &  milk.

Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients & mix until smooth.

Spoon ¼ cup of prepared low carb pancake batter onto a medium hot griddle & cook until the edges start to brown & bubbles form.
