LOW CARB  CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS

A fresh-baked, chocolatey keto muffin recipe that’s sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free & satisfying, ready in less than 30 mins!

Ingredients

– almond flour – baking powder – coconut oil/ avocado oil – gluten-free vanilla extract – gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free chocolate chips *all ingredients below

In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, salt & baking soda.

DRY INGREDIENTS

Add in oil, maple flavored syrup, eggs & vanilla extract.

WET INGREDIENTS

Mix until well combined.

COMBINE

Add the low carb chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

ADD CHOCOLATE  CHIPS

Stir until the chocolate chips are well incorporated.

MIX WELL

Spoon batter evenly into your paper liners.

PREP TO BAKE

Bake for 20 mins or until the center is set. Let cool for 5-10 mins before serving!
