INGREDIENTS

almond flour  baking powder xanthan gum  mozzarella cheese cream cheese  eggs   reserve beaten eggs   everything bagel seasoning *all details below!

MAKE DOUGH

Combine the dry ingredients, cheese mixture & beaten eggs as directed.

DIVIDE THE DOUGH

Divide the dough into equal portions - roll each portion into a ball & place on the prepared baking sheet. Refrigerate for at least 30 mins.

PREP TO BAKE

Press a finger into the center of each ball & stretch and flatten to form a bagel shape. Brush the top of each bagel with beaten egg.

BAKE

Bake as directed, until the keto bagels are beautiful & golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack.
