KETO FRIED CHICKEN

EASY & DELICIOUS

Crispy, flavorful Keto Fried Chicken, breaded with almond flour & crushed pork rinds is a delicious & satisfying low carb dish.

INGREDIENTS

– bone-in, skin-on chicken pieces, legs & thighs – black pepper – eggs –  heavy cream – crushed pork rinds – almond flour –  parmesan cheese *all ingredients below

SEASON CHICKEN

Pat the chicken pieces dry with paper towels & season with salt & pepper.

WHISK AND COMBINE

In a bowl whisk eggs & heavy cream. In a 2nd bowl, combine pork rinds, almond flour, Parmesan cheese & seasonings.

DREDGE CHICKEN

Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture 1 at a time, then dredge through the pork rind mixture, pressing to coat.

FRY CHICKEN

Working in batches, carefully fry the pieces of breaded chicken for about 5 mins.

TRANSFER AND DRAIN

Transfer cooked chicken to a paper towel-lined plate to drain. Repeat with remaining breaded chicken.
