KETO CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI MUFFINS

 A tender chocolate muffin recipe made with zucchini & almond flour. These sweet keto muffins are the perfect gluten-free, dairy-free treat!

Ingredients

–  almond flour  –  unsweetened cocoa –  baking powder –  coconut oil –  zucchini

In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, cocoa powder, salt & baking powder.

DRY INGREDIENTS

Add melted coconut oil, maple flavored syrup & eggs & mix until well combined.

ADD WET INGREDIENTS

Add shredded zucchini & if desired, fold in sugar free dark chocolate chips.

ADD ZUCCHINI

Mix until well combined.

MIX

Spoon batter evenly into a muffin tin with paper liners & bake as directed.

BAKE

Cool before serving.
