EASY & DELICIOUS

This easy Keto Lasagna recipe has all of the flavor & cheese that you love in an Italian comfort dish!

INGREDIENTS

 zucchinis  ground beef  chopped onion  garlic  keto marinara sauce  dried basil  dried oregano  whisked  ricotta cheese

SLICE ZUCCHINI

Lay the sliced zucchini onto a flat kitchen surface & sprinkle them salt Wait 15 mins, then pat the zucchini dry with a towel.

MAKE THE SAUCE

Brown the beef, onion & garlic in a large saucepan. Then add the remaining sauce ingredients, cook as instructed.

LAYER THE LASAGNA

Spread a little sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Add zucchini, then the ricotta mixture, then the sauce. Repeat and form layers.

BAKE

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake!
