KETO  TACO SOUP

A flavorful, healthy keto taco soup that uses only a handful of ingredients.

Prep Time:  10 Min

Cook Time:  25 Min

Ingredients

– onion – red bell pepper – ground beef – can diced tomatoes – broth (chicken or beef)  – keto taco seasoning

Add oil, onions & bell pepper to a large cooking pot & cook over medium heat until the onions are cooked & translucent.

COOK VEGGIES 

Add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon or spatula as it cooks. Continue to cook the beef until it's brown.

ADD BEEF

Add the diced tomatoes, broth & taco seasoning & bring it to a boil.

ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS

Cover and simmer for 15 mins.

SIMMER

Turn off the stove, remove the cooking pot from the heat &  serve this keto soup hot with toppings.
