Key Ingredients
Butter - The butter adds flavor and fat, while creating a smooth and creamy keto fudge.
Sugar Free Chocolate Chips - You can use whichever sugar free chocolate chips you like to make this recipe, but we like Lily's. We also have a recipe for homemade sugar-free chocolate chips.
Powdered Sweetener - We like to use Lakanto powdered sweetener and Swerve powdered sweetener. It's not recommended to use granulated sweetener, it doesn't work the same way.
Heavy Cream - adds flavor, and fat, while working with the butter to keep this low carb fudge smooth and creamy. Like melt in your mouth creamy.
Vanilla Extract - For a touch of flavor. You can also switch the vanilla out with peppermint extract during the holiday season to make a keto peppermint fudge.

This is Amazing! Works incredibly well in a silicone bites tray of 24 measuring out 18 grams per square with 23 grams left for hubby to enjoy a "big bite". I took pictures of course but don't see where to share since I don't tock, tweet or fb. So easy & sinfully delicious! Thank you for sharing 😀

Why did butter settle on top? I doubled recipe and finished. Put into refrigerator and peep on it after 15 mins. Melted butter is now on top. ??
Four Score Living
Hi Sherry,
If you melted everything together and mixed it well, then the main reason butter might settle on top is that the fudge mixture got to hot.

When you say powdered sweetener, do you meen like Monk fruit or do you mean white like white powdered confectionery sugar?
Four Score Living
Powdered sweetener like Swerve, or Lakanto powdered sweetener. We hope that helps.

Is it really a 4x4 pan? I've never heard of one
Four Score Living
We use a 4 x 4 glass container that comes with a lid. You can use something similar, or double the recipe and use a 8 x 8 pan.

This was very easy, surprisingly tasty and the texture was just like traditional fudge. It had the very slightest artificial sweetener aftertaste, barely noticeable but next time I will use a little extra vanilla extract or the peanut butter mix in to counteract. I definitely will make this again.

Made as directed. I made it with a cup of chocolate chips. And used an old fashioned metal ice cube tray to cool in. Tasty. Also tossed in a handful of walnuts at the end. Thanks for the recipe.

This fudge is so very good, I’m not a diabetic I am living the keto lifestyle. I was wondering what is a serving size of this recipe.
Four Score Living
You can cut the fudge into how many servings you like, just divide the calories and macros by that number. We like to make 1" pieces, which is about 25 servings.

I was shocked at how simple this amazing recipe was. It is really tasty, I didn't try any add ins the first time, and it was still delicious. I did use an electric mixer after adding the swerve vanilla and heavy whipping cream to make sure it had a smooth consistency, and it is amazing!

Since i dont have bought chocolate chips and i need to use a bar (chopped) how much of the chocolate bar should i use? If i cut it in different sizes a cup measurement cant really help me.. can you give me a hint on the weigh?
Four Score Living
You can use the same amount called for in the recipe, 8 oz.
shayna
Is this really meant for a 4x4 pan and yields 25 pieces? Are they really small? I made this and used an 8x8 pan. Please advise..thanks! It taste great, just wanted to clarify the pan size.
Four Score Living
It depends on how thick you like the fudge. I used a 4x4 when I developed it, but I like the fudge a little thicker. You can certainly use any size pan that you like. I hope that helps.

How many carbs not net carbs? Diabetics don’t count net carbs.
Four Score Living
The carbs are listed right before the net carbs, 1 gram of carbs per piece. Please double check the carb count based on the sugar free chocolate chips you use, it can vary by brand.

Has anyone tried this with allulose or BochaSweet?
Sue
How much coconut oil would I use if substituting for the heavy cream?
Four Score Living
Hi Sue, I'm not sure. I haven't tried subbing the cream out with coconut oil.
Deborah Douglas
How many carbs, w/0 nuts per piece
Four Score Living
It depends on what sugar free chocolate chips you use, but it's about 1 net carb per piece.

OMG, this is amazing. It literally is just like regular fudge, super easy and if you are a regular keto cook you already have all these things in your pantry so it's easy to make without really off the wall ingredients or extra trips to the store. I'm going to Disney World soon and I have a massive weakness for the fudge... not a problem now. Just make and bring a few recipes of this and problem solved.

I am so glad you like it. Have a great time at DW!

Delicious and so easy. I added walnuts. The possibilities are endless. Next time I will add a little sea salt to the top. Also I’m thinking about changing the vanilla to a teaspoon of coffee or a different extract. Or some hazelnuts.
