EASY RECIPE

This keto coffee cake recipe is not only decadent, but it's paleo, gluten-free, & dairy-free too!

INGREDIENTS

almond flour  salt  baking soda  cinnamon  oil of choice  sugar-free maple flavored syrup  eggs gluten-free vanilla extract - all ingredients below

DRY INGREDIENTS

In a large mixing bowl, whisk almond flour, salt, baking soda & cinnamon.

ADD WET INGREDIENTS

Add oil, maple flavored syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract & mix until well combined.

TRANSFER BATTER

Spoon batter evenly into your prepared pan. Use the back of the spoon to level it out.

TOPPING (OPTIONAL)

In a small mixing bowl, mix almond flour, oil &  sweetener. Sprinkle mixture on top of cake and press down lightly with the back of a spoon.

BAKE 

Bake for 25-28 mins, or until the center is set.

COOL & SERVE

Remove from the oven & let cool for 5-10 mins before serving.
