SALMON RICE BOWL

EASY & DELICIOUS

This Salmon Rice Bowl is the perfect light and fresh meal that everyone in the family is sure to love.

INGREDIENTS

  Soy sauce or Tamari sauce Pure honey  Garlic, minced Fresh ginger Cracked black pepper Boneless salmon fillets *all ingredients below

MAKE MARINADE

Combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger & cracked pepper in a  mixing bowl.

MARINATE

Add the salmon to the marinade & toss/stir until the salmon is evenly coated. Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 30 mins.

BAKE

 Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Bake for 12-15 mins, or until the salmon is cooked through

ASSEMBLE

To assemble the salmon rice bowl, place ½ cup cooked rice in the bowls.

ADD SALMON & VEGGIES

Add the salmon to the top. Arrange the avocado, cucumber & carrots around the salmon.

ADD SAUCE

Drizzle the sauce over the salmon rice bowl. If desired, top with chopped green onion!
