CHICKEN PAILLARD

THE EASIEST

The chicken cutlets are perfectly tender & cooked in a buttery caper sauce & are ready in under 30 mins!

INGREDIENTS

– olive oil – chicken cutlets  – white wine  –  minced garlic –  unsalted butter –  capers, with liquid –  salt – pepper – chopped parsley

COOK CHICKEN

Heat the olive oil in a cast iron skillet. Add in the chicken cutlets & cook for 2-3 mins on each side, or until browned.

TRANSFER 

Remove the chicken cutlets from the pan to a plate.

MAKE THE SAUCE

Cook the wine as directed. Add the garlic, butter, capers & salt & pepper to the pan. Cook for 1-2 mins.

ADD CHICKEN

Add the chicken cutlets back to the pan & spoon the sauce over the top of each cutlet.

COOK

Continue to cook until the chicken is done & cooked through.

SERVE

Garnish with sauce from the pan & chopped parsley & serve warm!
