– baking potatoes – salt – black pepper – cayenne pepper – olive oil - all ingredients below
In a large mixing bowl, combine the potatoes, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper & olive oil.
Stir until the potatoes are evenly coated with oil.
Place potato rounds on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart, and bake for 20 mins.
Remove from oven, flip over each potato slice & return to the oven for an additional 20 mins, or until they are golden brown & crispy.
These Cottage Fries are best enjoyed warm!
