– butter – large egg – vanilla extract – almond flour – cocoa powder – baking powder
Place butter & sweetener in a mug or ramekin. Heat in the microwave until butter is melted.
Add the egg & vanilla & stir until combined.
Add the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder & baking powder.
Stir until combined & no lumps remain.
Microwave for 40-60 seconds or until risen & firm on the top!
Serve warm with keto ice cream, keto whipped cream, or your favorite keto frosting!
