INGREDIENTS

almond meal coconut flour  ground flax-seed  monkfruit sweetener or swerve   chia seeds  sea salt  cinnamon

DRY INGREDIENTS

Using a spoon, stir together all dry the ingredients in a small serving bowl.

ADD BOILING WATER

Add ½ cup boiling water, mix & let stand 2-3 mins.

ADD TOPPINGS

Top with your favorite toppings (or eat as-is) & enjoy!

ALTERNATVE METHOD

If you want to cook your keto oatmeal on the stove top, bring your water to a boil, add in dry ingredients & continue to boil for 1 minute. Serve hot.
