half and half sharp cheddar cheese cayenne onion powder garlic powder turmeric salt optional: 4 oz. green chiles

Simmer the half & half. Remove from heat, add in the cayenne, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and turmeric.

Stir until combined. Add in the sharp cheddar cheese.
