Whisk almond flour, salt, garlic powder, & baking powder together.

Add oil, water, and eggs.

Mix until well combined.

Spoon batter evenly into a pan lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-18 mins or until the center is set & the edges start to brown.

Once cooled, cut into 1-inch cubes.

In a cooking pot melt butter. Add onion & celery & cook until the onion is soft & translucent.
