This Easy Instant Pot Chicken Chili is packed full of flavorful spices, tender veggies & succulent chicken & is loved by all!

– chicken broth – can diced tomatoes – can pinto beans – chopped green chiles – chicken breasts or thighs * all ingredients listed below
Press SAUTE on your Instant Pot. Add the oil and let it heat, then add the onion & sauté for 3-4 mins until softened.
Stir in the garlic & cook for 45 seconds.
Add the cumin, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt & pepper & stir until coated.
Pour in the chicken broth, scraping up anything stuck on the bottom of the pot.
Add the diced tomato, beans & green chiles, stirring to combine
Place the chicken inside the pot, secure & seal the lid & cook for 16 mins as directed.
Remove the lid, transfer the chicken to a bowl & shred. Press SAUTE & add corn & cream cheese cooking until melted. Add the shredded chicken back into the pot & stir just until mixed in.
