KETO  CARROT CAKE

An amazing, tender & flavorful keto carrot cake with cream cheese frosting is low-carb & easy to make! You're going to love it!

Ingredients

–  almond flour –  baking soda –  cinnamon –  ground nutmeg –  coconut oil *all ingredients below

In a medium bowl add the almond flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix well & set aside.

DRY INGREDIENTS

In a large bowl add the melted & cooled coconut oil, sweeteners, vanilla & eggs.

WET INGREDIENTS

Add the dry ingredients in gradually, stirring until well combined.

COMBINE

Then stir in carrots & nuts. The cake batter will be thick.

ADD THE MIX INS

Place half the batter into each of the cake pans. Bake as directed

BAKE

Let the cakes cool completely & then remove from pans.

COOL

Make the frosting as directed, then spread between the cake layers and on sides using a spatula.

FROST 

SERVE & ENJOY!
