Active dry yeast Almond flour Coconut flour Flax seed Baking powder Xanthan gum Eggs Heavy cream Butter Apple cider vinegar Vanilla extract

Whisk together the dry ingredients. Create a well in the middle of the dry ingredients with a spoon.
Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture & stir until incorporated. Rest for 5 mins.

With oiled hands, shape the dough into a ball.

Place the ball between 2 pieces of parchment paper. Use rolling pin to roll the dough into a rectangle.

Spread the cinnamon filling onto the dough.

Roll the dough up into a tight log. Seal the edge with wet fingertips.

Cut the log crosswise into 9 equal pieces & transfer to prepared pan.

Let the rolls proof until the almost doubled in size. Then bake for 20-25 mins until golden brown!

Cool rolls before spreading frosting on them.
