Ingredients
1lb.pork chops
1tablespoonrosemarydried or fresh
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
2tablespoonsolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
Instructions
Place pork chops in a glass container. Add the remaining ingredients and turn the pork chops over to coat.
Let the pork chops marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes. 3 hours is best.
Heat your grill to medium high heat.
Grill porkchops for 6-10 minutes each side (depending on how thick they are) or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can use bone-in or boneless pork chops to make these keto pork chops.
Marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes but 3 hours is best. If you don't have time, use a meat mallet and pound the pork chops to tenderize them. Then season as if you were going to marinate and place on the heated grill.
Let your pork chops come to room temperature before hitting the hot grill.
You're searing these pork chops, so make sure your grill is fully heated before adding pork chops.
Cook them with the grill lid closed to maintain a high temperature.
Don't skip the resting step. This keeps your pork from drying out.
Use a meat thermometer to check when ready. You don't won't to overcook your pork chops as it will dry them out.
