You can swap the full fat whipping cream with full fat coconut cream for a dairy free keto whipped cream.
You can use your sugar-free sweetener of choice.
Keep an eye on your mixer as the heavy cream begins to thicken. I recommend monitoring until the desired consistency is reached. Walking away from the standing mixer can result in homemade butter instead of light and airy whipped cream.
